Aisles are well labeled and laid out in an efficient manner. This was my first visit since the store started carrying alcohol - which involves a very large reset. Things are still pretty easy to find and haven't moved too much despite a major change.

This is a good grocery store After 8 p.m they close half the entrance making it difficult to enter. There pick up service around 5 p.m often has delays.

We did our Christmas grocery shopping this afternoon with only 4 shopping days left to go and sure enough, the store was crowded but shelves were well stocked. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Aisles were easy to navigate, produce was fresh and store was clean. These people have a leg up on their competition! Keep up the great work!

King Soopers as you expect it, clean and busy with customers. Lots of sales going on as usual as well as holiday treats with the upcoming Valentine's Day holiday.

King Soopers has everything. We visit several times a year when we visit relatives in Loveland Colorado. They have a pharmacy as well, which rounds out their services. The bakery is great, produce section is stuffed with fresh everything, and deli is very diverse.

It’s nice. It’s big. They have a large selection of non-food items. If you buy a chicken meal and want coleslaw, you have to walk over to a different counter 30 feet away. If you are wanting to drive north or east when leaving, go through the old parking lots to the old location and use the light at Columbia.

I use the curbside pickup option a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once brought me a bag of flour that had gotten a tear in it. The young man took the time to go get a new bag for me. I would have taken the leaking bag so it was very nice of him. They're always friendly and do a good job.

I prefer these smaller older King Soopers grocery stores. The people are nicer.

I would like to express my recognition for the excellent service provided by the employee Marysol in the self-checkout area at King Soopers today Saturday 4/4/26. During my visit, I witnessed a situation in which a instacart lady addressed her in a rude manner and made inappropriate comments; however, the employee remained professional, respectful, and composed at all times. Despite the situation, she continued assisting other customers with kindness, patience, and a willingness to help, demonstrating a high level of commitment and quality service. This type of conduct reflects not only strong professional ethics but also values that positively contribute to the customer experience. I believe it is important that her performance be recognized, as she exemplifies the standards of service that distinguish King Soopers. Thank you very much Marysol, for your excellent help, service and above all, your wonderful positive attitude! 🙏🏽
